MCH Portal is not just about fish. It is a site celebrating the existence of all animals and our love for them. In so doing we are trying to share their beauty but also different aspects of their behaviour. Photography is instrumental to this.
Photography is a rather complicated hobby in its own right. In this section we present and discuss techniques for taking good photos. You will also find some photos which we feel may be of interest.

This category is split into a number of subcategories (eg mammals, birds, insects etc) all containing albums with photos of relevant animals taken with Nikon cameras. Some of these photos have been taken at high magnification ratios (macro photography).
All about places we have visited and places worth visiting. The difference between this category and Landscapes in Macro and Nature is the human presence. The category has two subcategories, Albums and Presentations. Albums contain photos from different places while in Presentations there is an account accompanying the photos shown.
Photos that capture 'moments' from the human life. Images of people known or unknown to us.
... is all about photographers and the world. No specific topic, no categories. Viewfinder hosts anything and everything which caught a photographer's eye but cannot be really classified into any of our other categores.
Photos of fish and tanks. Also photos taken at public aquaria and LFS shops we have visited. All the photographs are arranged in thematic categories and albums.
