A word from MCH

Saturday, 12 June 2004 11:54

This Site is devoted to the celebration of Nature. Our Photography section contains photos of beautiful landscapes and animals as well as articles and presentations about taking photos. In our Aquatic Life and Fishkeeping sections there are photos and information about aquatic species in their natural habitat and suggestions about keeping and breeding these in captivity. Both photography and fishkeeping are highly addictive hobbies so we also have links to other sites containing such addictive material.
If you are offended by such material or you dislike animals and fish in particular, please leave now. This site is not acting in any way to send you this information; you are choosing to receive it. Continuing means that you understand and accept responsibility for your own actions, thus releasing the creators of this Web site from all liability. If you want to continue press any link.

Welcome

Wednesday 16 December 2009

Work continues on the site on all fronts and we are hoping to be able to announce further improvements soon. On the contributors front we are delighted to welcome to the MCH family two new members, George Stathopoulos and Gert Botha.George is an amateur photographer from Messinia, Greece. His love for photography was established about ten years ago; his main interests at that time were portraits and street photography. His recently developed interest in macro photography is getting him to consider ways in which the microcosm can be captured by the camera. He believes this to be merely a start, the best is yet to come. Gert is an established aquarist from Namibia with an impressive record of designing and building his own tanks. We hope we will soon be able to showcase more of his work. Welcome both!

As the festive season is approaching fast we would like to extend our best wishes for a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Prosperous New Year to all. Have a nice time with your family and friends (human, furry, feathery and scaly).
